Curiosity and the space to breathe. Sessions are collaborative and goal-oriented. Strengths-based, working to integrate the spheres of wellness in balance and coherence. We will go at your pace, frequent check-ins are welcome. This is a space to address whatever you might need in the moment and to process what may come up in life changes and challenges. This space supports skill building and connection to the self-compassionate lens.
I have been in practice for about nine years in various settings such as an outpatient clinic, a residential facility and a community health clinic. I have experience conducting individual and group therapy with adults in residential and partial hospitalization settings. I utilize a range of evidence-based practices including CBT, elements of ACT and other practices.
